Liberty Bancard (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offers a promotional $250 statement credit (“Promotion”) subject to the following terms and conditions:

Offer valid for new merchant accounts approved and activated through Liberty Bancard.

Merchant must complete the application, underwriting, and approval process.

Offer not available to existing Liberty Bancard merchants or previously canceled accounts.

Merchant account must be active and processing within 30 days of approval.

A minimum of $10,000 in processing volume must be completed within the first 90 days of account activation.

Account must remain in good standing with no excessive chargebacks, fraud, or regulatory violations.

The $250 statement credit will be applied to the merchant’s monthly processing statement within 60 days after meeting qualification requirements.

Credit has no cash value and may not be transferred, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

One promotional credit per business entity.

Cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

Liberty Bancard reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice.
